Well beyond us as individuals, we exist as nodes in the universal Show Up network. This means our choice works at three levels, that of the individual, in relation to others, and as co-creators of our global society.

Humanity, like nature, absorbs and rebirths our decisions. They root in other’s minds and play out

broadly on someone else’s stage, recreated, endlessly, as every building, book, technology, idea, corporate innovation initiative, educational system, and political policy play out. All derive from choices we make – consciously and now - about how we Show Up.

Regardless of whether we’ve consciously chosen how we Show Up, we present it – and plant it – breadth by breadth. Our moment of entry into a business meeting, friendly chat or personal activity exposes our degree of intent, emotional insight, clinging-to or freedom-from assumption, racialized predisposition, preparation and care. All are laid bare.
